1. How do I choose the right size?
Because our vest provides Level 5 Maximum Compression, sizing is different from your regular clothing. Please measure your natural waistline (one inch above your belly button) and refer to our Official Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit, as the 9 steel bones provide a very firm structure.
2. Can I wear this vest under my everyday clothes?
Absolutely. We engineered this vest with a "Stealth Tech" flat zipper and tapered hip panels specifically so it remains invisible under most garments. Whether you're wearing a professional blazer, a casual tee, or a form-fitting evening gown, the vest creates a seamless, sculpted base without visible lines.
3. How many hours a day should I wear it?
For those new to waist training, we recommend starting with 2–3 hours per day to allow your body to adjust to the compression. Once you feel comfortable, you can gradually increase to 6–8 hours. Thanks to our 100% breathable cotton lining, the vest is designed for all-day comfort without skin irritation.
4. Will the steel bones poke me or feel uncomfortable?
No. Our 9 Flexi-Steel Bones are anatomically positioned and encased in reinforced channels. They are designed to move with your body, providing structure and posture support without digging in. They also ensure the garment never rolls up or bunches, a common issue with cheaper alternatives.
5. Is this vest suitable for postpartum recovery?
Yes, many of our clients find the vest-style design provides essential core and back support during the postpartum journey. However, we always recommend consulting with your physician before starting any compression wear after pregnancy, especially following a C-section.
6. How do I clean and maintain my vest?
To protect the integrity of the latex core and the flexi-steel bones, hand wash only in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the garment. Lay it flat to air dry away from direct sunlight. Never machine wash or dry, as high heat will damage the compression technology.
